This 2017 vintage delivers apricot and coconut aromas in a balanced mixture that begs to be tasted. There is a touch of phenolic drying that gives way to pear skin and more apricot. A fresh and crisp finish brings the taste to an end.
2018 LIMITED RELEASE VERMENTINO
This variety originates in Italy but excels on the slopes of the "Golden Hills" of Paso Robles. An initial aroma of pear, followed swiftly by cantaloupe melon, pineapple and honeysuckles, finishing with a very ripe and sweet candy fragrance.

2016 LIMITED RELEASE SYRAH VIOGNIER
This wine has smoky and dark fruit aromas with a gentle low- tannic mouthfeel and soft finish, highlighting on notes of cherry, coffee, and chocolate. Pair with meats like fried bacon or roast pork with a blackberry glaze.

Zinfandel is certainly a Californian favorite and to release one it must meet all the expected criteria. This wine does that . . and more. The 2016 Zinfandel is apart of our “Vineyard Select” range; it is not from our estate but carefully selected from another vineyard and crafted with care, ending with a wine that does not overpower, but does over deliver.
2016 LIMITED RELEASE CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Violet and red, but slightly transparent, this is a luscious red wine to lust after. This is an intense wine that is rich and complex with tannic characteristics. It would pair perfectly with a beef or vegetable stew.
